I don't believe I have ever been more satisfied with the whole
experience of getting a job done within my home. I had complete
confidence in the advisor who was highly helpful. I became
unsure about a couple of things and instead of telling me what
is best he talked me through all the alternatives so that it
was possible make up my own mind.

I couldn't are more pleased, or even satisfied, when using the
quality, physical appearance, suitability, and fitting on the
Venetians that I've currently purchased. I'm looking forward to
having the remaining glass windows in my flat also supplied, in
addition to fitted, through
Hillarys.
Only have one slight criticism, then that may be, that
disposal by myself, the buyer, connected with any packaging and
gift wrapping, which is often both, pretty time eating,
allowing it to involve a fair number of labour, plus exertion.
We would liked to been made aware of this fact before paying
for, but it is only a MINIMAL criticism, and may not have
prevented me through either my buying BEFORE or in FUTURE.
There's no doubt that Hillarys Blinds are
brill!

Relating to Hillarys blinds throughout the house now and need
to say that the service I received was excellent and the prices
I paid were inexpensive.
The grade of the blinds are great and recommend to my
daughter who may have also bought blinds by hillarys. I liked
being to pick them out in the comfort of my house and that I
could arrange for the blinds to be fitted once I picke the ones
I wanted. My partner and I also liked that after I obtained my
quote I been able to negotiate a better price on the
phone.
Any questions I had before entering into the purchase
agreement were answered completely by my agent and on occasion
I rang up my agent and asked questions which i have thought of
after the agent had left. My vertical blinds look solid and
easy to keep clean and they definitely are
washable.

had a free consultation on 07/07/10 to include measurements
done.
order was placed, as well as a deposit of 174.97 ended up being
taken from my bill on 27/07/10. appointment was set to fit my
blinds in 02/08/10.
this is how the problems began!!!
the advisor called me around the monday morning, 02/08/10,
to let me know his van had been damaged (i had to take the
morning off due to him visiting fit!! ), although he said that
he would call me within the afternoon and let me know when he
could make it.
he didnt call until your Thursday, 05/08/10, and then said he
would come on Friday, 06/08/10, at 4.30pm.
my father-in-law waited in for him, and he didnt turn up until
nearly 6pm. said he would fit the upstairs blinds 1st, (2
bedrooms), however both these didnt fit well!
this individual then turned round in order to my father-in-law
and said he would revisit on the Saturday to fit the living
room blind, when he was tired now and were going to go
home!
(not suitable customer services!!! )
he came to the saturday, 07/08/10, only two hours late! to
fit the living room blind, and took 2 hours to try and do it!
he left he said he would have to get the correct size shipped
to him before the next friday, 13/08/10, with the understanding
that he would come to fit the other 2 window shades no later
than fri 13/08/10.
heard nothing all week, and guarantees, rang the services
line on this Saturday 14/08/10. the lady was really helpfull, i
explained each of the problems i was having, in addition to she
said she would give the advisor until close of business on
Monday, 16/08/10, to make contact with me or the office to
explain what was happening, as well as she would get his or her
manager involved!
they called me at 5.30pm!!! about the monday 16/08/10, didnt
sometimes apologise about not getting to me, and said he had
been at home at time "fixing his PDQ machine"
arranged for him to come in the future and fit the some
other blinds on 18/08/10 (my birthday celebration, hence was
rather angry in which he made me spend my birthday waiting for
him!!!! )
blinds were finally fit around the Wednesday 18/08/10, along
with i gave him the rest of the money owed in cash to the exact
penny!
i went online on negociate compensation, as instructed
previously, and was told 100 would be knocked off. i explained
them that i had already paid the full bill, and they said they
would be getting a check me.
do not use this company... they can't know the meaning of
customer service!!
ought to be renamed HELL-ERY'S blinds!!!

I had been looking for a blind for my kitchen, prevously bought
2 online and they arrived shattered. So then I decided to look
at Hillarys, they recommended I make the appointment. Every
thing went fine, advisor was a real nice guy, decided on the
blinds, two weeks later he came to fit them & now this
Kitchen looks & feels like home. I would highly recommend
this organization, the blinds were set up no mess, no damage
& they're just great.
Our sales guy (Neil) arrived on the scene to show us his
samples and spent all around 1hr or so taking measurements
whilst we turned through his samples. Most of us tried to
negotiate the price but he pushed us for the sale as said that
he'd already spent plenty of time in our flat and doesnt wish
to leave with nothing, unprofessional! He ordered our roller
blind and vertical blind they still havent been installed. His
excuse was that most his customers who ordered the same blind
did not recieve them and should recieve the following day. I
said that if they fail to arrive tomorrow we want a complete
refund. When i expressed my disappointment he was rude.
Definately wouldnt recommend this company to nobody stay good
away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WE don't usually write assessments, nonetheless given the
appalling program Hillarys blinds provides all We can do is
hope nobody need to go through what I've been subject to with
them.
Poor customer service; toughest ever I've experienced;
installation was delayed by weeks; they took a bad measures and
blinds would not fit properly. In addition they over charged
200.
I have spent countless hours with Hillarys Blinds on the
phone getting nowhere. lost 200 and recently been left with
horribly installed blinds.
